小学校の英語教育の提言：発音を外人抜きで教えよう

私は、英語は外人から習うと上達しないと思っています。
外人と対峙するだけで、自分の国の言葉でないと思ってしまい難しく感じてしまうと思っています。もはや英語は外国のことばでなくて誰もが知らなければいけない日本のことばです。
だから、自分で学ぶ必要があります。

私のように６５歳から英語を始めても、半年もすれば正しい発音でペラペラに話すことができます。
小学校から英語を真剣に学ぶ必要はさらさらありません。
小学校はお遊びで結構です。
但し、発音だけは正しくやるほうが良い。
だから、正しい発音を教えて欲しい。
その場合、外人を発音専門の補助教員に使うのはナンセンスであるからやめて欲しい。

外人抜きで発音を覚えるほうがはるかに、上達します。
Phone には　Siriという音声認識ソフトがついています。
英文科を出ていない小学校の先生でも、英語の発音記号を覚えて下さい。
そして、　Siri　で矯正すれば外人に頼らなくても英語の発音が正しくできるようになります。

試しに、
Find good Japanese restaurants in Los Angels.
を　Siri　に認識させて見てください。
発音を辞書で聴いて、発音記号を見て真似てください。
ｒ　の発音がありますが　唇を丸めて引っ込めれば誰でも間違いなく発音できます。
１００％の確率で　Siri　は認識してくれます。
restaurants　の最後の ts は　ス　と発音します。
Los　は　ロース　と発音します。
ｒ　よりもホントは　L　のほうが発音しにくいのですがわかりますか？
Dos　とか　Bos　になってしまうかもしれません。

上記の説明は皆辞書ソフトで聴くことができます。
外人は不要です。

小学校、中学校、高校、大学の英語は全くの無駄

今日はラングリッチの先生とスティーブジョブズスピーチをもとに死について話しました。

私の英語学習は自習である。
学習機材は、テレビ、コンピューター、iPad　、iPhoneである。
発音は発音記号をよく理解し、Siri　と　Youtubeに認識させている。
１年以内にペラペラに話せると確信してやっている。

小学校や中学校で英語をすこしばかりやっても英語を覚えるはずがない。
全く無駄だから、賢明なご家庭では学校でやらされるのを避ける方法を考えた方が良い。

私は、各国の官僚を相手にビジネスを展開してきたから、各国の政治家、官僚のやりかたが分かっている。

日本の官僚、政治家はさらにかなり拙劣で汚く、ある時は滑稽である。
その上に我が国は、官僚が自国民を搾取する人種になってしまっている。

我々の若い頃は学校の先生から、いわゆる勉强を学んだことはない。
先生のムダ話、ご経験だけが残っており、学校で勉强を覚えた記憶はない。
全て、先生にかくれて自分で好きな本を読んで学習したものである。

今日はラングリッチの先生と、有意義な時間を過ごすにはどうしたら良いか話し合いました。
ラングリッチを初めて、５ヶ月高度な内容が、スラスラと考えずに話せるようになって来ました。

私はクリスタルクリアに英語を話す必要があると確信している。
クリスタルクリアに英語を話すとはSiri音声認識エンジンで正しく認識される英語を話すという事である。
ネイテブはアメリカ人なのか、イギリス人なのか、オーストラリア人なのか定義がはっきりしていないからネイテブの英語はまねない。

Siriに認識されるように英語の発音を注意している。
何故その必要があるのか？

英語の入力はキーボードが無くなり音声入力になる。
音声入力で、論文、雑誌を作る時代になる。
Siriに認識されるクリスタルクリアな英語で、技術論文やプレゼンテーションを書く時代が来る。
キーボードのタイプを覚えるように、音声入力を覚える時代が来る。
そして、英語がコンピューターの基本OSと同じく意思を通じる基本OSとなる。

だから、１年くらいの短期間にクリスタルクリアに英語がスラスラ話せる方法を学ぶのが大事である。
学校英語や教養英語など絶対やらないでほしい。
上達を阻害するだけである。

ポイントはLos Angelesの発音である。
最初はなかなか認識されなかった。
発音記号を見たら、

今日はラングリッチの先生がテキストを開けないと言うので、Steve Jobs Speech を私が話、聞いてもらいました。スピードを遅くしてくれと言われました。日本人と同じくヒアリングは難しいと改めて思いました。

Woz got an amateur radio communication licence when he was six and build a hand made amateur radio communication system.
Woz made a primitive computer board when he was 13 and won first prize.

1974 when Steve returened his hitchihiking from India he and Woz joined the computer mania club in California.

1976 Woz build a first computer and Steve named its Apple.
Steve Jobs demonstrate Apple to Byte shop.
Byte requested to deliver 50 Apples within 1 month.
Steve sold his VW with $1500 and Woz sold his programing calicurator made in HP with $250 and got parts to assemble Apple.

今日はラングリッチの先生とSteve Jobs がApple に戻って一番最初にしたことを話し合いました。
Steve Jobs は　マイクロソフトを　Apple　のソフトを盗んだ罪で訴えていたのを取り下げ代わりに、マイクロソフトから資本増強してもらいました。

訴訟を取り下げるという言葉が、Steve Jobs　のスピーチで使われた単語のどれかで言い表したいと思ったが、すぐ思いつかなかった。

日本人が短期間で英語をマスターする方法を自ら考え、試行しています。

次ぎに、Siriに録音して、発音を認識してくれるかチェックします。

小さい子供が言葉を覚える方法を私はやっているのです。

英語ができない人は、これとかけ離れた方法をただひたすらやっているだけです。
へたなゴルファーの練習法と一緒です。

Steve Jobs Stanford Commencementに使われている動詞の数は１５０あります。

VOAで使う動詞は３００です。
私が調べてリストアップしてありますか間違いありません。

３００でも多すぎます。

He listened Steve's speech.

But he never thought hard time hit him again.

He hired by Goldman Sachs with a high salary and soon after head hunted by other investment bank.

But the shock of Leeman caused him get fired from the bank.
He also lost his lover.

Even graduated from one of the world most famous universities he got fired.

He was devastated and watched Steve's video.
Because his young circumstance was similar to Steve Jobs.

Truth is he was put for adoption.
His mother was a single and an immigrant from Honduras.
But she was killed by drunken driver when he was eleven.

So he was put for adoption to some family.
But in there he was abused by other children .
When he read his diary writing about the abuse he couldn't stop crying.
He loved the school but he was sent to the child nursing home.
He had to change 19 child nursing home.
But he loved to study and luckily he got an scholarship and got in Stanford.

Life hit him agin on the head with a brick.

But he watched Steve's video again and again and decided how Steve was tough by found what was truely important for life.

All of his hard experience turned out to make him as a man.

I had a bad flue and in bed for a couple of day.
Yesterday I watched NHK BS titled Steve Jobs children.
Right now I speak out legendary Steve Jobs Stanford commencement every day.
I read more than 50 times and I memorize every detail.
I also use Steve Jobs as my text book to speak English.
Plus I have watched other NHK BS so I think I understand Steve Jobs anyhow.

But the yesterdays TV program completely change my understanding.
First the president of students can freely select commencement speaker.
And she chose Steve as speaker and night before commencement they invited Steve to the restaurant.
They fully dressed up with pin heels and good suits.
But Steve appeared with jeans and canvas shoes.
When she asked what were you gonna speak tomorrow and he said no idea.

And next day the moment she heard his speech she was surprised.
He denied the graduation from the college paying a lot of money.
She believed strongly the graduation from Stanford means everything to get American dream.
So she even stopped listening his speech and imagined her new American dream life in front.

She was employed as journalist in some company and things went well for few years. She wrote the article regarding hurricanes.

But Leeman attacked her and suddenly she got fired from the company.
She almost cried as she thought the graduate from legendary Stanford never got fired.

On the way back home she listened the Steve jobs speech on the radio.

She realized the Steve's emotion when he got fired from Apple.
And every day she watched Steve's video.

She even dropped her graduation from Stanford from her resume to get the job in restaurant. But she could not get the restaurant job.
She was devastated and thought what was the American dream.

Right now she started web site and write the article.
The income is small but she does it because she loves this journalist work

She trusts this connect the future dot.

英語ができない原因は、和訳、英訳、文法、テスト、スキット

今日はラングリッチの先生と、Steve Jobs　スピーチで何が最も印象に残るかについて話しました。

私は、ゴルフを初めて、３年でシングルプレイヤーになった。
当時はサラリーマンだったから、月１度の月例会でプレーしただけでシングルになった。
月一度のプレーで！？　と皆に驚かれた。

特別の練習法をいくつも開発し、自宅で毎日練習していた。

ゴルフでシングルプレーヤーに皆さんなかなかなれない。
ゴルフの練習場にいくと、皆ボールがどこかに飛んでいってしまっている。
練習が、好きだけどフォームがおかしい。

それと同じことが英語でも言える。
私は、１年でヒアリングができ、１年でスーパークリア、クリスタルクリアな英語が話せると確信している。独自の方法をいくつも開発している。

できない原因は、ゴルフの練習と同じで間違った事をやっているからである。
間違った練習とは、和訳、英訳、文法、テスト、スキット練習である。
これが、英語を出来なくさせている元凶である。

今日はラングリッチの先生と、働く意味と人生を振り返ってお話ししました。

私は、Steve Jobs のStanford　大学の　Commencement speech　をテキストにしている。
もう、50回以上読んでいる。
発音に、注意して読み上げている。
毎日、お経をあげるように読んでいる。

まだ　Siri の音声認識エンジンで正しく認識されるレベルではないが、s,t,v,m,n,f,の子音の発音は良くなった。
録音をしているから自分で分かる。
難しいのが、p, b, d である。
スピードをあげて、文で読むとき、破裂音をスピードを持って発声するのが難しい。

語彙を増やし、自由にしゃべれるようになるには、Steve Jobs Stanford commencement で使われている単語や表現をマスターすることが効果がある。
この中で使われている動詞をマスターするだけで十分である。

今日は、get 関数を取り上げる。
get は何かにやってもらって、状態を変える作用素である。
get　は　名詞や動詞の前に非常に多く使われる。
get　を　使えばほとんどの表現ができると考えて良い。
次の表現が　get　でできる。つまり全て表現出来るというわけである。

今日はラングリッチの先生と、不況下で仕事を作る方法について話しました。

私はクリスタルクリアに英語を話す必要があると確信している。
クリスタルクリアに英語を話すとは音声認識エンジンで正しく認識される英語を話すという事である。

何故その必要があるのか？

10年以内に、英語の入力はキーボードが無くなり音声入力になる。
日本語では漢字変換が必要だから、音声入力はまず不可能であろう。
英語の単語は、発音と一致しているから音声入力が可能である。
音声入力で、論文、雑誌を作る時代になる。

と言うことは、世界中の人が英語で音声入力することになる。

今日はラングリッチの先生からスティーブジョブズに聞いてみたいことがあるかと質問されたので、どうしてそんなに若くして会社を起こすことができたか知りたいと答えました。

私は、iPad と　iPhone を持っています。
iPhone　には　siri　という音声認識ソフトが組み込まれています。
今日は、Steve Jobs のスピーチを　siri　音声認識ソフトで認識させました。
最初　Siriに私が話すところから始まります。

私：Siri Take notes.

Take notes と言うとiPhoneの notes(メモ帳）に自動的に聞きとって書いてくれます。

Siri: I can take the note for you. Just tell me what you want it to say.

ここで、iTunes U からダウンロードしiPadに録画してある Steve Jobs 2005 commencement　を　Siri　に聞かせる。

Siri: I got it.

結果は次の通りです。
So I decided to drop out and trust it will all work out okay.
It was free scary the time but looking back it was one of the best decisions I ever made.
The minute I dropped out I can stop taking the required classes that didn't interest me and begin dropping in on the ones that look far more interesting.

Steve Jobs Speech の原稿と比べて見ればお分かりのように三箇所聴き間違えている。
It was free scary ではなく　It was pretty scary at である。

もう一箇所
it will all は　it would all であるがこれはしかたなかろう。
もう一箇所
I can stopは I could stop であるがこれもしかたなかろう。

人間ならもっと間違える。

Siri　の音声認識ソフトは相当出来が良いと考えて間違いない。

但し、助動詞の時制を聞き間違える事があるようだが、愛嬌である。意味は間違いなく伝わる。

Youtubeの音声認識ソフトよりも出来がよいかもしれない。

尚、音声認識で書きだしたnotes（メモ帳）は自動的に iClouds で iPad に同期はしません。
これは謎です。

その場で咄嗟に話が出来るよう、易しい動詞を使いまわすせるのが会話のコツである、

という文がある。

の文章は大学にやるという機能を表す。

次のように言い換えることができるであろう。
My paents promoised that they let me go to college.
My parents promised that they make me a college student.
My parent promised to get me go to college.
My parents promised that they forced me go to college.
My parents promised that they have me go to college.
My parents promised that they bring me to college.
My parents promised that they send me to college.

また次のように言い換えても良いであろう。

Steve Jobs からクリスタルクリアに学ぶ:make関数はメイキャップする機能

VOAはで使われる基本動詞は３００語である。私はそのリストを自分で作った。３００語の動詞について、自由自在に使えるようになることが英会話がスーパークリア、クリスタルクリア話せるようになることである。
Steve Jobs Stanford commencement　にはVOAで使う３００語の動詞のうち１５０語が使われている。
だから、Steve Jobs Stanford commencementは絶好の教科書である。
ここで使われている動詞を自由に使えるようになれば、英会話がスーパークリア、クリスタルクリアに話せる目標の半分が達成できることになる。
故に、私はひとつひとつの動詞を関数とみなし、その機能を　Java や PHP や　Object C のプログラムで使われる関数と全く同じ考えで分析し、プログラムを作るように楽しんで動詞関数を使用する。
これが、スーパークリア、クリスタルクリアに話せるようになり、スーパークリア、クリスタルクリアな英語が書けるようになるコツである。

今日はStory 3 で使われている表現から動詞　make を取り上げる。
make 関数は下記で使われている。

１）発音について
文章を速く読むとまだ、t,r,m,c,b,p,d,f,l,w,g,zの子音が弱い。
ものすごく息を速く、スピードを持って吸い込まないで発しなければならない。
紙を飛ばすくらいの息のスピードが必要である。
ラングリッチの先生から次の単語の子音が弱いと指摘されました。

上記の単語を注意して、読み上げYoutubeの音声認識をあとで試してみます。

２）同意語での言い回しについて
VOAで使われる英語から動詞を抜き出した。
300語ある。
Steve JobsのSpeechではそのうち150語が使われている。
自分の発言をツイッターからevernoteに自動的にコピーしてくれるソフトをいれたのでこれから咄嗟に思いついた言葉をツイットする。
一日まとまったらブログに載せる。

英会話ではVOAの基本動詞３００を積極的に使うようにしています。
Steve JobsはVOAの基本動詞のうち147語を使っています。
同意語を使いSteve Jobsと違う表現ではなすようにしています。

１）発音について
文章を速く読むとまだ、b,p,zの子音が弱い。
Story3を読みあげてYoutybeの音声認識エンジンにかけているが誤認識する。

その後私の言葉で、ストーリーを話し、
最後は、何故、お母さんが養子に出したかお互いに想像して話しました。
養子に出してもったいなかったね、とか、男に逃げられて彼女はスマートでないねとか話しました、

私は、Steve Jobs commencements は mp3 に変換してCD に焼き付けてあります。
このCD を自動車のオーディオで毎日利用しています。
つまり、シャドーイングをしています。
自動車に乗っている間、シャドーイングするから、もう50回は喋っている。

Steve Jobs と同じ速度で喋るから、ドンドン発音が良くなってくる。
最初はSと T しか発音できなかったが、FやVやThの発音も自然とできるようになった。

リビアの政変に続き各国の政変で、多くのフィリッピン人が外国で働くことを禁止され本国、つまりフィリッピンに送還されているそうです。
それで、フィリッピンでは多くの失業者が発生しています。
私は、英語ができるから外国で安直に仕事を見つけ、外貨を稼いできたが
その方法が危ういと述べました。
フィリッピンも日本と同じ島国で平地が少なく一次産業にてきしていません。
しかし、IT など第三次産業を発展させる必要があるのではないかと述べました。

翻って日本を考えると、外国に工場がどんどん出てしまっています。
雇用がなくなっています。
英語が少しくらいできても、何のやくにもたたないでしょう。

やるんだったら、ペラペラにならないと使い物になりません。

今日の勉学のヒント

Sと T の音を速く勢い良く発声する練習ですが必要です。
これが、英語の発音の元です。
子音は音を響かせるという意味だから、徹底的に鼻、喉で響かせるようにします。
共鳴音が発生できるようになると、子音がとてもハッキリと聴こえます。

S,T の発音が文章読み上げてできるようになるとF,V まであらゆる子音の発音ができるようになります。

ですからS,T にフォーカスして下さい。
R,Lの発音に時間をかけるのは無駄です。

S,T が出来るようになると自然にできます。

最初は、自分の発音がジャパニーズイングリッシュであることを痛感しました。
それで、最初は発音を練習しました。
Sと T の音を速く勢い良く発声する練習です。
これが、英語の発音の元です。
まだ出来ていない人は、tongue twister をやってください。

今は、子音は音を響かせるという意味だから、徹底的に鼻、喉で響かせるようにしています。

２）自動車でSteve Jobs Stanford Speechを毎日聴き、口真似している。特にs, t , b , p, d ,k　の子音を鋭く発音するようにしている。特に子音を鼻で響かせるようにしてスーパクリアでクリスタルクリアな英語になるように心がけている。

３）Steve Jobs Stanford Speechを読み上げ、youtybe　の音声認識エンジンで認識されない発音を選び出す。上記のビデオのように、現在の発音ではほとんど認識してくれない。
三ヶ月したら、向上していればもうけものである。

４） Steve Jobs Stanford Speechから英語をペラペラ話すのに必要な動詞を選んで、会話で使えるようにしている。

私は見た映画、インタビュー、Youtubeの英文シナリオを集め、秀丸で編集してテキストにしている。いわば自作のライブラリーである。ライブラリーの自作電子辞書はこの表現はどこで使われていたかすぐ検索できるようにしてある。
例文は、どの俳優が、どの場面で、どのようなに使ったか、生き生きと思い出せる。

普通の辞書にも多くの例文が載っている。
多くは他の人が作った例文で無味乾燥である。

しかし、私の自作の電子辞書から検索した例文は生きている。
自分の好きな俳優が喋った実際の文であるからである。

例えば Steve Jobs のスピーチで turn がしょっちゅう使われている。
他の映画やスピーチで　turn　がどのように使われているか調べた。

３種類になる。　turned, turned into, turned out　である。
英文和訳する必要は全くない。例文を比較すればスーパークリアでクリスタルクリアである。
文法をやる必要もない。
イデオムとして覚える必要もない。

turn, into, out を英語としてそのまま素直に感じれば、和訳する必要も、文法も。イデオムも全く必要がない。。学校の英語の教え方は全て時間の浪費であるから生徒が気の毒である。少なくとも自分で教わり方を選択できる大人は、和訳、文法、イデオムを教えてくれる先生は断ったほうが良い。

Youtubeで認識されない私のジャパニーズイングリッシュ

英文を読み上げYoutubeの音声認識エンジンで認識させている。
ハッキリ言ってボロボロである。
現状では１０％も認識してくれない。
しかし、特徴は分って来た。
子音を発音する息のスピードが遅く、弱い。
これがジャパニーズイングリッシュの弱点である。
音声認識エンジンはジャパニーズイングリッシュは全て受け付けない。
s, t, p, b, f, v で始まる単語の息のスピードが遅い。

s, t, p, b, f, v の発音は全て息を発して発音しなければならない。
個々の単語ではもちろん出来る。
しかし、文章でs, t, p, b, f, v を、息を吸い込まないで、息を速く、息を強く発音するのは訓練が必要である。

訓練する方法を考えなければならない。

私の単語力は英文和訳で15,000語以上はあるであろう。
ところが和文英訳となると咄嗟に使える単語は２,000語位と思う、
特に動詞がおぼつかない。
しかし、外人と話しをして、シドロモドロになるレベルではない。
政治の話、技術の話が卒なく話せるレベルである。

外人には、いつも私のペースを保たせている。
今は和文英訳の単語力を英文和訳の単語力に近づけるのが目標である。

まず英語の発音特に子音の発音が正しく出来るように、Tongue　Twister をやった。
例えば、Betty butter: これは子音　b の発音ができるようになるための良い教材である。

ネイティブイングリッシュのように発音するというがネイティブにはアメリカ人、イギリス人、オーストラリア人がいるし、地方なまりもあるから定義がはっきりしない。
定義がはっきりしないから、私はネイティブスピーカーのように発音したいとは思っていない。
そのかわり、スーパークリア、クリスタルクリアな英語の発音が出来るようにならなければならないと思っている。
スーパークリア、クリスタルクリアな英語発音とはYoutubeの音声認識エンジンで認識される英語である。
機械が認識するから非常に難しい。
だから挑戦しがいがある。
私は音声認識で発音を認識させる訓練を1ヶ月やっている。
私は年齢65歳である。
65歳から英語の発音をやってもスーパークリア、クリスタルクリアな英語の発音が出来る。
どんどん進化するからおもしろい。

ジャパニーズイングリッシュの原因は子音を発音しないで、余分な母音を入れてしまうためである。
これを矯正する方法は簡単である。
つまり英語の単語からすべての母音をとってしまって、子音でけで発音する練習を行うのである。自分で読みあげて録音して聞くともっと良い。
スーパークリアでクリスタルクリアな英語の発音はクリスタルクリアな子音を発音することである。

consonant　は子音と日本語で言う。
間違った日本語訳のひとつである。
子音という日本語の言葉は母音という言葉の対である。
子音という言葉から母音に比べ重要でない、または弱いという印象を受ける。
私はずっと子音は母音に比べ重要でない、または弱いと思い続けて来た。

11月から英語の発音を勉強している。
すると英語の発音はほとんど子音からなされる事が分かった。
子音は母音よりもはるかに重要で強い事が分かった。

VOAのニュースを読んでいるところを動画に取りYoutubeにアップロードしている。
発音の練習をして2週間目である。今は s と t と d と b のスピードを速くする練習をしている。
音声認識エンジンに認識させるとどの発音が正しくないのか自分でわかってくる。
s と t と d と bの破裂音のスピードを上げるだけで、随分と認識率が高くなる。
自分の発音をネイティブのようにかっこ良くしたい人は試してみる価値がある。

読み上げたのは次の文章である。

昨日と一昨日、豊橋の展覧会に出展し、店番をしていた。
外国人のJAICA留学生が見学に来てくれた。
アルジェリア（経済学助教授）、メキシコ、ラオス（建築学）、フィリッピン、インドネシア、ケニア、
ベトナムの人であった。
英語で説明した。全員若いけれども上手に英語が話せている。多分1年か2年勉強しただけであろう。

日本人も1年か2年くらいで英語がスラスラ話せるような勉強法が必要である。

10年もかかって世界で最低レベルな勉強を続けるのはきっぱりやめた方が良い。
教える方も悪いが、教わる方も、甘えは不要である。

私は、10月から、スラスラ話せるようVOAから動詞400語を抜き出して、短文を作ってブログにしている。
スパークリア、クリスタルクリアな英語を話せ、書けるになりたいと思い、8月から色々学習法を考えている。発音は、youtube の音声認識で英語が正しく認識されるか試している。
6ヶ月で達成が目標である。

私の目指している英語はスーパークリアな英語である。
１００％近い認識率を達成する英語を話すことが出来るのは英語のスピーチトレーナーである。彼ら、彼女らは英語のアクセント、リズムを教えることができるプロである。
残念ながら私の英語は音声認識ソフト（Dragon dictation または　google search)では認識してくれない。
map bring を認識してくれない。
whatever you want は認識してくれる。
子音を全然認識してくれない。
子音の発音をやり直さなければならない。

Super clear English is defined as the English recognized by the voice recognition engine. I'm aiming to speak and write Super clear English.
Super clear English is mostly spoken by the speech trainers.

Even simple words such as map or bring cannot be identified.

時間は４時間半とかなり長かった。

ヒアリングは１００％できているから内容が楽しめる。

アメリア映画のヒアリングを聞く訓練するとオーストラリア英語は容易に聴ける。

ペラペラ話せるようになるには、動詞を自由に使えるよう適当に言い換えてみた。
例文を作ってタイプするのは時間がかかる。
言い換えのほうが省エネだから省時間で能率が良い。
文法だとか和訳は時間の浪費ばかりか、進歩を阻害するからいっさいやらない。

昨日、ミャンマーのスーチー女史の英語インタビューがNHKで放送されていた
大変クリアで分かりやすい英語である。

人によって完璧な英語を話す人の定義が違う。
フィーリングで判断される事が多い。

私は、完璧な英語とは、youtube音声認識ソフトと
人間がスーパークリアに認識する英語を完璧な英語と呼ぶ。

９月からスカイプでフィリピン人の女性に英語を習い始めました。
２つのスクールに申込ました。
毎日朝７時半と夜の７時にスカイプで英語で話しています。

今まで約１年の独学でヒアリングの出来る方法を開発し実践しました。
その様子は、本ブログで紹介しています。１年以内で、
海外映画やインタビュー、ニュース、ゴルフ中継は８０％以上理解できます。
日本語無しで海外映画、ニュース、ラジオ、ゴルフ中継、
女優インタビューが分かるからとても重宝しています。
今は、短期間で１００％クリアな英語を話せ、１００％クリアな
文章がスラスラ書ける方法を考えています。

VOAは単語が少ないから、ヒアリングには役立ちませんが
１００％クリアな英語を話せ、１００％クリアな文章練習には最適です。
私は、同じ文章を１ヶ月使っています。
毎日読むから、もう5０回以上読み上げています。
別に暗唱しようとは思っていません。
ただシラブルと子音に注意して読み上げているだけです。
舌の廻りを良くするためtongue twisterもやっています。

例えば、Peter piper picked a peck of pickled peppers.
を早口で言います。
するとpの子音の発音がとても上手にできるようになります。

いつも、私がVOAニュースを音読して、聴いてもらい、
次にフィリピンの先生に読んで頂き、復唱しています。

フィリピン人のようにクリアでクリスラルな英語発音が
アジア人に適していると思うので真似ています。
もっと抑揚をつけて読むようにコメントがありました。
フィリピン英語のおかしいとこは、
日本語でも地方によってアクセントが違うのと同じですから、
全然気になりません。そこはマネなければよいだけです。

子音を的確に発音しシラブルで区切る習慣がついているから、とても勉強になります。
もう少し音読を続けてみます。
先生の音読と私の音読は録音してあり、CDに焼いて自動車の中で復唱しています。
その内に、子音が飛び跳ねるカタカタという英語が私の口から飛び出すでしょう。
韓国人もこの跳びはねるような英語を上手く話します。
私は、飛び跳ねる英語とか女優のシャキールのようなスペイン語からくる英語が
もっともクリアーだと思っています。
だから、それを速く真似たいのです。

ところで、話す方はどんな具合かというと、フィリピン人の英語は１００％わかります。
今まで一度も聞き直したことはありません。私の話す英語を聴きなおされたことも
一度もありません。ヒアリングが完璧だから意思疎通は万全です。

私が話す場合、ヒアリングを続けていたからスラスラ言葉が出てきます。
日本語を話し、聞くのと同じように全くストレスなく自然に話しが出ます。
スキットとか生まれてから一度も練習したことのないのにです。
映画の中で出てきた表現を使っているのだと思います。

改めて、ヒアリングができると強いことを感じています。

SAE　の自動車論文発表会を海外で聞くことがあった。
日本人の英語スピーチはとても聞きにくいと酷評される。
先日、細野さんの英語スピーチがヨーロッパであった。
英語でスピーチしたのは良かった。
しかし、もう少しスピーチを訓練してからプレゼンするほうがもっと良かった。
このビデオでも、訓練の重要性を説いているから見ておいた方が良い。

VOAの記事は1,500の単語で書かれているという。
CNNリーデイングやCNNヒアリングは1，500語では読めないし、聞けない。
また、VOAの話すスピードが遅くて聴く気になれない。
しかし、英語を書いたり、話したりする能力が、ヒアリングに比べて
ずっと劣っている私には、話す語句として使うのには丁度よい。

Volkswagen said a deal by Suzuki to source diesel engines from Fiat hurt the alliance,
billed a year and a half ago as a partnership of equals to bolster VW's presence in India for small cars,
while giving Suzuki access to technology it could not afford to develop on its own.
"Suzuki has now been given a period of several weeks to remedy the infringement. Volkswagen considers this step regrettable,
but necessary, and has offered to discuss the matter with Suzuki," VW said.

Suzuki said on Monday the agreement with the Italian group did not violate the accord.

Suzuki shares were down 2.1 percent at 1,494 yen in Tokyo,
in line with the benchmark Nikkei 225 index.
They had fallen as much as 3.7 percent in early trading.

A VW spokeswoman said this "does not mean the end of the partnership"
and it was still very much interested in continuing the alliance.
"We will have to see now how Suzuki reacts and then we will discuss the next steps to be taken."

VW does not intend to either sell or reduce its 19.9 percent stake in Suzuki
it bought in December 2009 for 1.7 billion euros ($2.3 billion) as part of a strategic partnership with the maker of the Jimmy and Grand Vitara, the VW spokeswoman said.

VW is annoyed that Suzuki stuck with long-time engine partner Fiat late in June when picking it to supply its Hungarian-built SX4 crossover with a 1.6-litre diesel engine.

Suzuki has been buying 2.0-litre diesel engines from Fiat Powertrain Technologies since 2006 for the SX4,
manufactured in Esztergom together with the Fiat Sedici, which shares the same underpinnings.
"We can affirm that we have not breached the contract," Suzuki spokesman Hideki Taguchi said.
However, he declined to comment on whether Suzuki would stick with its Fiat diesel engine deal.

Stalled Partnership

After agreeing to cooperation in 2009, VW and Suzuki have no joint projects and relations have headed south.
Suzuki has said there is a "need to return to the starting point, including the ownership ratio."
Suzuki Chief Executive Osamu Suzuki first signaled his unhappiness over the deal in a July 1 blog in Japan's leading business daily, Nikkei.

Later, Suzuki was angry VW had classified it as an associate to be carried at equity -- an accounting term typically reserved for holdings of at least 20 percent where VW can "significantly influence financial and operating policy decisions."

"It is there, in written form, and it is being explained this way to their shareholders.
This came as a complete shock, and we struggle to see how they are influencing us in any way," Executive Vice president Yasuhito Harayama, in charge of relations with VW, told reporters in July.

The deal with Volkswagen is not the first time the Japanese carmaker has tied itself to one of the big global automakers.

In 1998, Suzuki entered into a strategic partnership with General Motors,
which took a 17.4 percent stake in the Japanese firm.

(CNN) -- As Japan's earthquake and tsunami ripped through the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant, the wind turbines at nearby Takine Ojiroi Wind Farm did what they were designed to do: They swayed, they stopped, and they electronically checked themselves.

"Except for one wind farm that was very close to the nuclear power plant, all our turbines were up and running after the quake," said Sean Sutton of Vestas, the world's largest manufacturer of electricity generating wind turbines.

"And we are able to remotely monitor the turbines that were down (stopped)," he said.

As a source of power, wind energy is about as clean, safe and earthquake-proof as it gets -- the problem is it generates a fraction of Japan's energy needs.

Compared with the massive 4,696MW output of the six reactors at Fukushima Daiichi nuclear plant, the 23 turbines at Takine Ojiroi can produce just 46MW -- enough for 30,000 households.

With just 1% of the capacity of the nuclear-powered leviathanレバイアサン（怪獣 monstar） just a few kilometers away, the wind farm is a microcosm小宇宙 of the contribution of wind power to Japan's energy mix.

結構お読みいただいている。
私は英語が短時間でペラペラ同時通訳並に話せないのは勉強法が間違っていると考えている。自分を実験台にして、学習法を考案している。
「英語もアルファベットが並べてあるだけだから読みにくい。
ヒアリングのスピードに比べ、リーディングのスピードが私は著しく遅い。
これは、リーディングの訓練をして来ないためである。
おそらく、私以外のこのブログを読まれている読者も読むスピードが遅いと思う。

このあたりに日本人が英語をマスターできない学校英語の弊害が出ている。
漫画、雑誌リーディングによって語学能力を磨くと英語のヒアリングが断然よくなる。

日本人の子どもは６歳くらいになると猛烈に本を読む。
会話が豊富な漫画をたくさん読む。
日本で英語をすぐ上手く使えるようになるには英語の漫画や雑誌を読む時間が必要である。
文法や、長文解釈、使えない英作文等やっているのは英語の進歩を阻害する日本の悪しき教育である。」

アメリカ映画では、「No offense」をノーパンツと発音する訳

英語のドラマのシナリオを見て、ヒアリングをすると時々「えっ！全然発音が違う」という場面に遭遇する。
Sarah Jessica Parkerが主演する映画、Failure to lauchで
「No offense.　ゴメン」　
「None taken.　いいさ」
という謝るときの決まり文句の場面がある。
なんべん聴いても「No offense」がノーパンツと聞こえる。

しばらく、おかしいなあと思いながらもノーパンツと発音するものであろうと放置していた。

しかし、本日その訳がわかった。
英語では前後のスペルにより発音が変化するためである。
順に説明しよう。

英語では舌の位置が近い発声が大きく変化する。

１）Santa Ana Freeway=SanAna Freeway 　サナナフリーウエイ
「n」を発音する舌の位置と、「t」を発音する時の舌の位置が同じであるから
「ｔの破裂音をサボる。

２）Little=Lillu　　リルル
「t」の後ろの「l」との位置が同じであるから「ｔ」の破裂音をサボり「ｌ」にしてしまう。

３）prince＝ prints　プリンツ
「n」の舌の位置と「t」の舌の位置が同じであるから「s」よりも「t」と発音してしまう。

そこで No Offenceという言葉を眺めてみると
＊最後の　se　が　ｔs　になる。
＊o から　ｆ　音を発声するより　p 音の方が楽だから p になる。
＊e は弱いアの発音になる
だから　No Offense=Nopents＝ノーパンツという発音になる。

海外映画のヒアリングを続けているうちに、英語が1年でヒアリングでき、難しい話も話せるようになった。
しかし、セリフを読む速度が遅い。これからは、上記の発音の省略に注意してヒアリングと同じ速度で英文が読める方法を考える。

水力発電が、最も安全で、最もコストが安く、持っとも長持ちする再生可能エネルギーであることを信じ、各国の動向をブログで知らせています。
太陽電池や風力や、地熱よりも水力発電のほうが優れています。
唯一の問題は、水力発電に適した国、州が限られてしまうことです。
重力差のある川があることです。
日本は世界的に見て最も適地です。
ドイツが水力発電の適地かどうかわかりませんでしたが、Mosel, Saar, Rhine, Ruhr, Rur　川が利用できるようです。

Ruediger Grube, CEO of Deutsche Bahn, made it clear that the German railway is already looking forth to get its total quota of electricity entirely from renewable sources.
The ambitious and adamantly ‘green’ declaration is seen to be an extension of the German government’s aim to meet the country’s electricity demands using only renewable sources by 2050.

中部電力の水力発電所一覧、水路発電が日本に最も適した発電方法

私は、浜岡原発に近い牧之原市の出身で現在浜松に住んでいる。
原発に大いに関心を持っている。
原子核物理学を一応勉強した。友人には日立で原子力プラントに携わっている人もいる。
中電に就職した人もいる。
だから、中電が東電のようにならないように応援している。
私は、浜岡の原発はもう再開されないと思っている。
再開されないように原発反対をブログで述べている。
じゃあ、原発に替わるエネルギーは何かということで２つ提唱している。
水力と太陽光発電である。
ただし、太陽光発電の買い取り価格は１０円にしないと国際競争力がつかないからダメと述べている。
私は、沖縄を除けば、日本に最も相応しい発電は水力発電であると思っている。
急な山、川、たくさんの降雨がある所が水力発電の適地である。

原発に替わるエネルギーとして、安全でコストが安く、安定していて、長い間使える発電は水力である。
しかし、水力はマスコミで無視されている。
その理由は
ダムはもう作れない。
ダムをヘドロをさらう費用がかかる。
からであろう。

しかし、ダムをさらう費用を、太陽光や風力の設備、維持コストと比較してもらいたい。
さらう費用の方が安いであろう。
また、高低差のある川を水路で繋ぐ場所をまだ探してもらいたい。
重力差を利用した水路発電に適した場所は　まだ無数にある。
太陽光や風力の設備、維持コストと比較しても水路発電の方が安い。、

そうです。世界の大部分は雨が少ないか、平地だから水力が使え無いのです。日本や、カナダを除いて。日本は水力が使えるのです。原発やめて水力にしましょう。コストも一番安いのは皆さんご承知の通り。

ブログが安定してある程度のアクセスを得るようになりました。
英文提案書の書き方、海外映画のヒアリング、ヒアリングにはリーディングが大事、原発、太陽光発電、リチウムの産地、リチウムの消費量、リチウム電池、電気自動車などのキーワードでgoogle や　yahoo　で検索して本ブログを見てくれる人が増えたためです。

そこで、ブログの書き方を変えてみます。
１）上記記事の加筆を行い、もっとよりよい情報を提供できるようにする
２）twitterに英語でつぶやき、英会話の実践をする。「いかり」、「驚き」など感情表現をできるだけ使い、印象深く覚えやすくする。一日分をまとめてブログにする。

Japanese Government NISA Caught Promoting Manipulation of Nuclear and MOX Focused Public

Chubu Electric Power Company says the government's nuclear agency asked it to make sure that questions in favor of nuclear power be asked at a government-sponsored symposium in 2007.

In a report submitted to the government on Friday, the utility said the Nuclear and Industrial Safety Agency requested that it gather participants and have local residents pose prearranged questions at the forum held in Shizuoka Prefecture, central Japan.

The utility said it refused NISA's request to arrange the questions, citing difficulties with ensuring compliance. But senior officials of the Hamaoka nuclear power plant sent e-mails to employees and visited affiliate companies in an effort to comply with the request.

宮里藍のUSオープンセカンドラウンドの英語インタビューである。
ラウンドの様子、宮里美香との関係をよどみなく話している。

何遍も述べていることだが英語が上手くなるのは、学校英語を捨てて
効率的な勉強法を行うことである。
学校英語は、採点する側が楽をする英語で学ぶものにとっては全く無駄である。

フィンランド語も英語が話しにくい言語だが、必要があればフィンランド人は英語を話してしまう。ニーズがあれば大人でもすぐ覚えてしまう。
日本を知るのに英語の報道が分かると、日本の報道で足らない情報を仕入れられる
報道統制は日本に無いと思いたいが、日本語で書かれた情報は真実を伝えていない事もある。
英語の報道が分かれば比較、検討ができる。
国際舞台で必要な英語力はその人の持っている知識である。
宮里藍について言えば、ゴルフの知識である。
読者や、相手は貴方の英語に興味が有るわけではない。
貴方の専門知識を聞きたいのである。
学校英語をやっていると、英語間違ったらどうしようというネガティブ感情が湧く。
大学では全ての学科を英語でやる必要がある。
1年という限られた期間で科学的にやれば、英語はできるようになる。
恋愛、喧嘩が得意な人、早口でたくさんしゃべる人が英語が上手くなる。
授業はオール英語、全寮制、外人と同居する大学がある。
秋田市の国際教養大学である。
就職率100%ときく。
一年分の単位は外国大学で取る事が義務付けられている。
この制度はおもしろい。
海外大学で引き受けてくれるところがあれば、他の大学でもやって見る価値がある。
学費は海外大学も含めて56万円だそうだ。
英語は勉強でなく経験である。
インセンティブをあげると良い。
人間はインセンティブの奴隷だから企業が英語になれば英語が流行る。
英語は短期間に集中的にやらなければ覚えない。
8年間も英語をやるのは無駄。
通訳なしだと仕事が二倍はかどる。

中国はアメリカに留学。
英語を使いましょうというのは中国には現在ない。
エリートの熱心さは別もの。
中国では子供に英語を学ばせるために休日は外人の子と遊ばせる。
ネイティブの家庭教師を個人的に雇っている。
韓国では、平均一月五万円の個人負担で英語を勉強する。
一流企業は英語が公用語、入社も昇進も英語次第。
英語がサバイバルスキルとなっている。

さて、私は英語は無理して覚えていない。
お面白いドラマ、映画を英語で、字幕なしで楽しむだけである。
CNN、Youtubeなども楽しんでいる。
外人の大学の先生とスマートグリッドや新しい学問について議論して楽しんでいる。

アメリカの女子ゴルフが日本の相撲界と同じく選手が英語を話すようにするプログラムを推進している。
現在アメリカの女子ゴルフ界は、アメリカ人よりも韓国人、日本人、台湾人のプレーヤーが活躍している。
韓国人のI K Kim、台湾人のYani Teng、日本人の宮里藍など全員英語を上手に話す。
相撲取りの日本語と同じように上手な英語を話す。
何故だろうか。
スポーツが本業のプロゴルファーや相撲取りが言葉を上手に話すのは何故だろうか？
一方、言葉のプロである英語の先生が英語がへたなのは何故だろうか？
中学校の英語の先生のTOEICの平均点が５４０点しか取れないのは何故だろうか？
世界で日本が北朝鮮よりも英語がへたで、ビリであるのは何故だろうか？
理由と対策は現場にある。
大学の先生の解説はいらない。
必要なのは一人ひとりが、お金と時間と頭を使い実行するだけである。

女子プロゴルファーが英語が上手な理由は、LPGAでツアーで外国選手が英語が話せるのを条件にしているからである。
具体的には、英語が話せないキャディ、コーチをLPGAは採用しないよう望んでいる。
ゴルフのスイング理論が最も進んでいるのはアメリカである。
従って選手は、当然のようにアメリカのコーチからスイングを学ぶのを望む。
コーチからゴルフスイングと同時に英語も学ぶのである。
さらに選手は、専属の英語教師をつけて一日２時間程度英語を勉強する。

LPGAは女子プロが英語を話せないのはマーケティング上不利であるとしている。
プロアマで英語が話せない女子プロは興ざめだけでない。
プロアマのスポンサーは億単位の宣伝費を握っている。
また、女子プロは美人が多い。
コマーシャルで英語が話せれば、商品のマーケティングに大いに寄与する。

日本で英語がうまくなる方法は簡単である。
匠の技を極めるのをやめる。
世界の最先端の金融、技術のプロから直接英語で教えてもらう。

『加賀屋』小田会長、加賀屋流おもてなしの心

静岡県中小企業経営革新フォーラム２１、法政大学大学院主催で今年４回目になるセミナー。坂本教授から加賀屋の事は何度も聴いているが、今日は直接小田会長から話を伺う。
坂本教授からの話と異なり、商売の極意が垣間見えるのは嬉しい。
たとえば以下の件。

『炭鉱ブシを踊る。浴衣が気崩れる。肋骨が見える。
客室係りが、そっと幕間に呼びサッと着崩れを直してあげる。』

伊那食品工業の井上社長がフォーラムに参加しており、
懇親会で上の話が面白かったとコメントした。
同意。

井上社長とは、懇親会で三遠南信がもうちょっと何とかならないか、
元世界銀行副総裁の西水美恵子さんが訪れた話などした。

西水さんの話は前に聞いたが、日経ビジネスの２０１１年７月２５日号に
「日本でいちばん大切な会社」、「ブータン」を引用している。

以下は、小田会長のお話。
ホテルはリーマンショックどころでない原発キャンセル。東北ホテルは語るコトも出来ない。
ご破算で願いましてはのリセットから始めなければならない。
旅館は不要普及、ご飯ではないと敬遠されたが、連休明けでちょっと良くなった。
しかし、インバウンドは全くダメ。
地図上2,3センチの位置に原発があるから、全く外人が来なくなった。

NHKのクローズアップ現代でおもてなしで世界を狙えで取り上げられた。
加賀屋が世界と接点を持つようになったのは、15年前、トヨタの外国社員研修が初め。
台湾人であった。一般料金が9,700円の頃、お値段は3万円。
旅行社が他国、一般でもやれるかもしれないからと募集かけてくれ、ヒット。
炭鉱ブシを踊る。浴衣が気崩れる。肋骨が見える。
客室係りが、そっと幕間に呼びサッと着崩れを直してあげる。
それが受ける。
台湾の皆さんが2万人それ以来、来てくれる。
畳のイグサの匂いは台湾人には絶対ダメ。
そんなコトを積み重ねて来ると、台湾の旅館を助けてくださいという話になった。
６５億円台湾に用意。
台湾は今好景気。
ジュディオングも大丈夫という。
勢いの良い台湾だからソフトを提供する。
客室係10名を日本で教育。80名台湾で募集したら大応募。
エアホステス並の人気。加賀屋で働くコトがステータス。
おもてなしで世界を狙えとNHKの国谷さんにけしかけられた。
中国では加賀屋がステータス、商標が勝手に使われている。

観光事業が日本の他に真似の出来ない産業として考えたい。
トヨタ、地産地消との組み合わせが観光の一つになっていく。
単なる物見遊山では無い。
カンガルーハウス『母子寮』とハイテク『ロボット運搬』、ハイタッチ『ビール』が加賀屋が成功した差別化。
サービスのありようがベタベタサービスではなくなってきている。
料理、鯛のあら炊き頭だけくれ、エンガワは皮だけくれという時代だ。
糖尿病が心配の顧客に対応しなければならない。
アメリカからセブンイレブンを買ってきた人物と交流があり、湊街起こしでアメリカと交流している。400人アメリカに送り見せた。社員も200名アメリカに行きリッツカールトンに泊まっている。そうするとアメリカ流ウインクを経験する。

インバウンド１０００万人目標だが現実は800万人。フランスは8000万人。フランスは農業の国でなく観光の国。
いったん旅館に入るが、地産地消、一次、ニ次、三次に落ちるお金はもっとある。
安売りでは差がつかない。
おもてなしで世界を狙えが大事である。
ところが日本でサービスはこれサービスしてくれよというと反対のタダの意味で使われる。
サービスとはお客様から感激を引き出すコトである。

なぜ社員数５０名の中小企業に44,000人の入社希望者が殺到するのか

ライブレボリューション、増永寛之社長の講演
「なぜ社員数５０名の中小企業に44,000人の入社希望者が殺到するのか」

Mobile広告事業に参入。年商53億円メンバー72名、役員6名。新刊twitter就活。
社長の就職活動は超氷河期、学生に対する対応の悪さを経験。
学生だったらこうやって欲しい、顧客だったらこうやって欲しいを実現した。
リーマンショックがあったがずっと単月黒字を実現している。
社員はメンバーと呼んでいる。
メンバーの底力があり、赤字かなと思われる月も黒字で推移。
お客様を成功と幸せへと導くプロフェッショナルサービスを提供する。
新規開拓をしない。
社長は営業に行かない。経営戦略に専念している。
ダイワ証券で習ったノウハウはクレームは社長が受けない事。
クレーム対応で社長が潰れ、会社が潰れた例を見ている。
読書が好きで1000冊呼んでいる。
ホテルの例で言うと今は団体客でない、個人客の時代だ。
だから、部屋を変え、宴会場も潰す。
だが、個人客と団体客と見なければいけなくなって潰れる。
ライブ社は顧客をMobile広告に専念している。
センターピンって何だろう。
一丁目一番地が採用である。
優れた人材が第一。
多様な人材でやると差別化出来ない。
挨拶が出来ない人は顧客サービスも出来ない事が類推できる。
2005年1億円融資を受けて35名採った。
入社面接した時と、違った態度を取るようになり、自分が社員と会うのがいやになった。
結局社員は30名辞めて行った。
どうしたらよいかリッツカールトンの教えを受けようと思い大阪まで出向いた。
運の良いことに、クレドカードを大阪の人事部長が1時間講義してくれた。
マッチングシステムのうち、5つを教えてくれた。あとの５つは企業秘密ということで教えてくれなかったが。
リッツカールトンのクレドカードに習い、LR HEART（ライブレボルーション　ハート）を作った。

価値観を最初から合わせておかないと、採用してからは社員を変えられない。

ゆとりの文化、ノルマなし。個人の売り上げ記録なし。
お客ごとの売上記録はある。
会社に来て変なプレッシャーがあると優しくなれない。
評価は6人が LR HEART 72項目ととパフォーマンスで評価。
自動的に出来る。評価はプログラムシステムで自動的に出来る。
評価に時間がかからず評価する呪縛から逃げられる。
ハイパフォーマンスの人をとるとそういうことができる。
人間の能力差は100倍あるが、給料差は1.5倍しか払わないから、会社がやっていける事になる。
社長はプレッシャーあってもやって行かなくてはならないが、社員はプレッシャーがあるとやっていかなくなる。
成果主義で給料を下げると、働く気を無くしてしまう。
目標管理は、目標値を下げてしまう事で達成するインチキができるから失敗する。

年に4回昇給。
ユニット制をとっている。
社長は、sagittarius。
入社三ヶ月でユニットリーダーになる人もいる。
44,000人のエントリーをコストがかからず処理するために筆記試験をやる。
一時試験では5%しか通らない。
東大生はパスする。
問題は小学生レベルの問題でも、早稲田、慶応レベルでは出来ない人がざらにある。
これが日本の現状である。
早稲田、慶応でも10点満点で取れるのは、5点どころじゃない。
1点、2点しか取れないのが日本の現状であるコトを経営者はよく知っておいたほうが良い。

ものつくり敗戦ー現場力とは環境が変わって対処する力

ものつくりフォーラムーー目覚めよ日本に参加した。
ツイッターで同時発信し、ツイッターを集めてブロブに纏めた。
中日新聞、静岡新聞の記述と違うが、主催者の意図を察しありのままに記す。

中小企業庁長官高原一郎氏講演ー地域経済の今日と明日

商売の才覚が無いから役人になった。いつも話をするとこいつ何を話しているんだと会場が険悪になるのを感じる。
経産省では中国では日本のこんなものは絶対に作れないとタカを括っていた。
グローバル化が中国であるとはおもっていなかった。
アメリカ、カナダ、イギリスは製造業が15%以下。
浜松で言うのは勇気がいるが、あえて言うと製造業がドンドン衰退する。
製造業が低いのが先進国ではないか？
中小企業予算は農業の十分の一。海外展開のアシスト、教育支援。言ってみるとJETROも役に立たなかったのだが、アシストは金融機関でアドバイスが経産省の役目。
産学官ばっかしやっている企業、大学がある。経産省に食いついて形式的に予算をとって行く専門の大学が出て来てしまう。
浜松は、大田区や東大阪市に比べると、遥かに産業集積が進んでいる。お仕着せの産学官でなくかんがえてもらいたい。
冒頭に言ったように、経産省役人は商売が弱いので具体的には自分で考えるよう期待する。期待するというオチで、今日も結局は会場の人をガッカリさせてしまったかもしれない。

次の講演
理化学研究所、木村英紀氏ーものつくり敗戦
ものつくりを冒涜するようなタイトルで恐縮である。

大量普及段階になると日本は負けてしまう。システム思考の欠如、弱体化に問題があるのでは無いか。
1995年科学技術基本法で5カ年計画を二回回したが、一向に成果が上がらない。予算は三倍に増やしても。
研究者の数は英独仏は日本の半分。しかし、特許出願、論文は日本よりも多い。これは科学技術白書の数値をもとにしている。
日本のロボットが強いと言われているが日本が強いのは、産業用、エンタテインメントだけ。生活分野、医療、公共、バイオのロボットは極僅かしかない。マーケットはこちらの方が遥かに巨大。
製造業24業種中21業種でアメリカの方が日本よりも優位にある。非製造業15業種中12業種でアメリカ優位。
パラダイムシフトについていけない。モノ作りからコト作りへ軸足移動が出来ていない。iPad は典型的なコト作り。
コトは典型的な環境変動である。モノは不確かさに対応出来ない。ソフトの規模にも対応出来ない。
複雑、不確か、人の間を取り持ち、負の側面、社会の変化を取り入れたシステム構築が重要である。かつ難しい。
ものつくり基盤技術振興法で定めた２６種。
洗浄、メッキ、発酵、真空、などなど。
これがモノ作りと言われる事に抵抗を感じるのではないでしょうか。
ものつくり基盤技術振興法ができ、古き、昔のやり方が尊重された。
伝統回帰、江戸時代の技術、匠がもてはやされた。
伝統回帰、匠の技が韓国や中国に負ける原因となった。
匠の技は生きる道がない。
組織行動学、技術倫理学などがコト作りに必要であるが、これが科学技術と考えている部署、予算が無い。
日本の文系大学だけOECD 諸国で数学の試験が無い。
文系が数学が出来ないのが日本の衰退の原因。
現場力が担当している分野という狭い意味で捉えると、日本は優れている。
一転集中して私のやる事を教えてくれと人頼みにし、その中だけでは現場力が優れている。
しかし、現場力は、環境が変わって対処する力が本当の意味であろう。
狭い意味での現場力は意味が無い。広い意味の現場力が必要である。

スマートグリッドの基になる考えーWiGIT

静大大学院の講義に参加しました。中国人の他に、黒人の若い女学生が赤ちゃんを連れて来ていました。国際色豊かな授業でした。各国の人が適宜英語で質問、討議しました。
トピックスはWiGIT。
講師はSyracuse universityでWiGITを研究しているMs. Janet mardson.。
Syracuse universityのホームページを見ればわかるようにWiGITはアメリカが国をあげて研究しているテーマである。
私は、国際規格の攻防に長年携わってきたから、これでやられたらたまらないと思う観点から議論した。
この研究にはIBM　GEは関与しているがgoogleは関与していないようである。
日本でスマートグリッドをすすめるのも良いが、所詮外人の考えたアイデアを
都合よく利用しようというだけである。
日本人は独自のスマートグリッド規格を作るのでなく、アメリカに習ったほうが良い。
ガラパゴスにならぬよう。

日本にどんなビジネスを起こしたら発展するか仕事作りのヒントがある。
名古屋大学と共催ででリングウォルド氏の講演が先週行われたらしい。

Ms. Alexis Ringwald is a young entrepreneur on renewable energy. She is a co-founder and the Director of Business Development at Valence Energy and co-founder of SmartPowerEd.org, an educational network training students on smart grid technologies. She has worked in both the Valence Energy’s California and India offices. Fast Company recently selected Ms. Ringwald as one of the "Most Influential Women in Tech 2010". After graduating from Yale with a B.A. and Master of Environmental Management, she was a Fulbright Scholar in India and researched the clean tech sector at The Energy Resource Institute (TERI) for her book "Momentum for Renewable Energy in India." She also co-directed the Climate Solutions Road Tour traveling 2,400 miles across India in solar plug-in electric cars to showcase the top climate solutions. The road tour was publicized in major newspapers throughout India, honored by the President of India, and featured in the New York Times in an Op-Ed by Thomas L. Friedman, "Yes, They Could. So They Did."

At Valence Energy, Ms. Ringwald creates software to help decentralize the power grid into a network of smart microgrids, or communities that consume energy produced nearby and on-site. Valence has made major inroads in decentralizing the grid: it partnered with Cisco to build smart, energy-efficient buildings. Eventually, Ms. Ringwald hopes to take her work full-circle, bringing microgrid breakthroughs to India, where on-the-grid power can be both inefficient and unreliable. Such green innovation is one of the examples of how an entrepreneurial spirit can make a difference; her creative ideas and approaches would be inspiration to our Japanese audiences, particularly young students and entrepreneurs.

Ms. Ringwald will address how she became interested in the field or green innovation, the benefits of her experience abroad as a Fulbright Scholar, the stories behind her Climate Solutions Road Tour, the launching of new business, and offer practical advice to young entrepreneurs who hope to launch green technology initiatives on their own.
