Steve Jobs のスピーチを Siri 音声認識ソフトで認識させる：99.9%合格

今日はラングリッチの先生からスティーブジョブズに聞いてみたいことがあるかと質問されたので、どうしてそんなに若くして会社を起こすことができたか知りたいと答えました。

私は、iPad と　iPhone を持っています。
iPhone　には　siri　という音声認識ソフトが組み込まれています。
今日は、Steve Jobs のスピーチを　siri　音声認識ソフトで認識させました。
最初　Siriに私が話すところから始まります。

私：Siri Take notes.

Take notes と言うとiPhoneの notes(メモ帳）に自動的に聞きとって書いてくれます。

Siri: I can take the note for you. Just tell me what you want it to say.

ここで、iTunes U からダウンロードしiPadに録画してある Steve Jobs 2005 commencement　を　Siri　に聞かせる。

Siri: I got it.

結果は次の通りです。
So I decided to drop out and trust it will all work out okay.
It was free scary the time but looking back it was one of the best decisions I ever made.
The minute I dropped out I can stop taking the required classes that didn't interest me and begin dropping in on the ones that look far more interesting.

Steve Jobs Speech の原稿と比べて見ればお分かりのように三箇所聴き間違えている。
It was free scary ではなく　It was pretty scary at である。

もう一箇所
it will all は　it would all であるがこれはしかたなかろう。
もう一箇所
I can stopは I could stop であるがこれもしかたなかろう。

人間ならもっと間違える。


Siri　の音声認識ソフトは相当出来が良いと考えて間違いない。

但し、助動詞の時制を聞き間違える事があるようだが、愛嬌である。意味は間違いなく伝わる。

Youtubeの音声認識ソフトよりも出来がよいかもしれない。

尚、音声認識で書きだしたnotes（メモ帳）は自動的に iClouds で iPad に同期はしません。
これは謎です。
