スティーブ・ジョブズの子どもたちを見て: Connectiong the dots

I had a bad flue and in bed for a couple of day.
Yesterday I watched NHK BS titled Steve Jobs children.
Right now I speak out legendary Steve Jobs Stanford commencement every day.
I read more than 50 times and I memorize every detail.
I also use Steve Jobs as my text book to speak English.
Plus I have watched other NHK BS so I think I understand Steve Jobs anyhow.

But the yesterdays TV program completely change my understanding.
First the president of students can freely select commencement speaker.
And she chose Steve as speaker and night before commencement they invited Steve to the restaurant.
They fully dressed up with pin heels and good suits.
But Steve appeared with jeans and canvas shoes.
When she asked what were you gonna speak tomorrow and he said no idea.

And next day the moment she heard his speech she was surprised.
He denied the graduation from the college paying a lot of money.
She believed strongly the graduation from Stanford means everything to get American dream.
So she even stopped listening his speech and imagined her new American dream life in front.

She was employed as journalist in some company and things went well for few years. She wrote the article regarding hurricanes.

But Leeman attacked her and suddenly she got fired from the company.
She almost cried as she thought the graduate from legendary Stanford never got fired.

On the way back home she listened the Steve jobs speech on the radio.

She realized the Steve's emotion when he got fired from Apple.
And every day she watched Steve's video.

She even dropped her graduation from Stanford from her resume to get the job in restaurant. But she could not get the restaurant job.
She was devastated and thought what was the American dream.

Right now she started web site and write the article.
The income is small but she does it because she loves this journalist work

She trusts this connect the future dot.
